his wife Chef Helga. Relax, enjoy the area and
delicious cuisine tailored to your preferences.
After all, you are on vacation!
- With Mike only. You prepare meals
and keep the galley clean.
Mike and Helga, ages
59 and 54, have cruised the Pacific Northwest for
15 years, including the last 5 summers full time in
SE Alaska.

Mike is a passionate fisherman with fully equipped fast fishing boats in Alaska and Mexico. When ALASKAN STAR is not booked with term charters, he takes guests fishing for day trips on his other boat or the yacht. At other times, he's usually fishing - notice a pattern?
Chef/Mate Helga enjoys gourmet cooking. Her latest culinary adventure is exploring healthy cuisine that retains ALL the flavor! As a Public Health Nurse, she is ready for any special diet requests.
Mike started his first Southern California business in 1975, and later created the world’s largest Century 21 corporate residential real estate franchise. Helga founded Orange County’s largest home health company, employing 500 nurses. They have homes in Juneau, Alaska and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Gigi the Poodle can join your cruise, or stay home as you like.
